Ingredients for people 4

  • 8 slices of homemade bread
  • 300 g of pitted black olives
  • 1 tuft of fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of capers
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • Sebastiano Drago tuna cream with Sicilian oranges
  • Pepe
  • Tamìa organic extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Collect the olives, capers and parsley in a food processor, then blend briefly. Add a generous drizzle of oil, the mayonnaise and blend again until you get a thick, lumpy paste.
  2. Toast the slices of bread on a grill and let them brown on both sides.
  3. Remove the bread from the heat and sprinkle the surface of each slice with a little olive paté.
  4. Using teaspoons, form quenelles of tuna cream and distribute them on the croutons.
  5. Complete with a sprinkling of pepper and chopped parsley, another drizzle of oil and serve.
