Description
The tomato is passed with very tight meshes, so as to extract only the pulp and have a puree with a velvety texture.
The passata are produced exclusively from fresh tomatoes, carefully selected and transformed within 24 hours of harvesting, to bring back to the table only the true flavor of the tomato, like the homemade preserves of the past.
In the Kitchen: suitable for long cooking, highly recommended for any regional variant of the "Sunday ragù".
Storage: When the package is open, store in the refrigerator
