Chillies: this special smoked paprika with a delicate taste has a characteristic scent, thanks to the smoking on oak wood. It adapts perfectly to any dish and its fine and not too spicy taste is ideal for everyone, even for those who do not like too strong tastes.
The smoking: the ripe fruits are harvested from the fields during the months of October and November. After harvesting, they are immediately smoked with a traditional technique that involves the use of oak wood. This delicate process takes about 15 days.
The pulverization: after careful quality controls, the smoked peppers are ground. First, they are cleaned and then transferred to grinding in large stone mills. The fruits are chopped by two large granite stones until they reach the right powdery consistency. They are then left to dry briefly and packaged.
Storage: Keep in a cold and dry place
