Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100% Coratina cultivar obtained by cold pressing and natural dripping of only the best olives, chosen after careful selection.
It is distinguished by its dark green color, with yellow and golden shades. It is a fine, savory and very aromatic oil, which leaves a fruity aftertaste in the mouth, typical of quality Tuscan oil. Intense and decisive, this extra virgin olive oil is particularly suitable for enhancing red meats cooked on the grill, game, boiled legumes, rustic soups and all those dishes with a lively taste.
Produced in the heart of the Valdambra, more precisely in the sunny Isola Alta, the hill at 350 meters that takes its name from the stream that flows right on its slopes. Polpetta oil pays homage to the grumpy farmer who spent his long life here. A strong, tenacious, sometimes gruff, but also sincere soul.
