Description

The most imaginative giardiniera: the ingredients vary with the seasons and are complemented by the sweetness of fruit, pears and apples. Vegetables are also unusual: Jerusalem artichoke, celeriac (in autumn and winter), trumpet peppers and gherkins or green asparagus (in summer). After the sweet and sour ripening they are preserved in extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil.

How to use it? Excellent pairing with Mortadella and savory cured meats or cooked cured meats, boiled or baked fish. Suitable for accompanying cheeses with a flowery rind or medium-aged cheeses. Amazing with white meat from the courtyard in boiled and grilled meats.

Storage: Store it in a cool place away from light sources. Pasteurized product.
