Description

  • PRODUCTION AREA: Hilly area further east of the appellation
  • GRAPE VARIETY: GLERA 45%, VERDISO 30%, BOSCHERA 25%
  • SOIL: silty - clayey, dry, lean and shallow
  • TRAINING SYSTEM: GUYOT
  • HARVEST PERIOD: Last week of August, first two weeks of September

  • ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Deep golden yellow color. Nose: on the nose an effusion of aromas of the most varied families of ripe, dried, dehydrated fruit in jam. Notes between apricot, raisins, dried fruit, but also figs, citrus fruits and soft spices that border on vanilla. Taste In the mouth an explosion of flavors.
