Description

Slightly spicy, the red sauce is inspired by the traditional Modenese vegetable sauces, with an eye to color. It is a rustic and artisanal blend of peppers, carrots, celery and onion; only fresh vegetables. Made with hand-processed seasonal vegetables, it is very versatile.

METHOD OF USE: use it to prepare croutons, sandwiches and bruschetta for your aperitifs. It is an excellent dressing for a fresh summer salad, meat and fish.Serving it together with boiled meat on holidays is an old custom, still very widespread. A simple and poor recipe, but absolutely delicious and fascinating for its color.

Storage: After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within a short time
