Description
The best bitter oranges are processed with the sole addition of cane sugar to obtain this particular jam.
The fruit used is strictly fresh fruit.
The "open air" processing method is the classic method used since ancient times for the preservation of fruit. In fact, after being carefully cleaned and washed, the fruit is simply cooked in a pot with the sole addition of cane sugar.
In this way we obtain a product that enhances the flavor of the fruit used and with the artisan characteristics that only our mothers can match.
For the production of 100 grams of jam 155 grams of juicy fresh oranges are used.
It is excellent when paired with freshly toasted bread, "whitened" with mountain butter. We get a rich and healthy breakfast or refined snack!
