The Biscotti di Prato, also commonly known as cantucci or cantuccini, are part of the Tuscan confectionery tradition which sees them as the perfect end of a meal in combination with Vinsanto. Pistachio and almond biscuits are a fresh taste variant of Prato biscuits, with which they share the same identical dough
Prepared with 4 simple ingredients: flour, sugar, pistachios, almonds and free range eggs. They do not contain preservatives, nor animal fats, nor vegetable fats
Recommended pairings:
- at the end of a meal with dessert wines, soft grappas or spiced gins
- For a snack or breakfast with coffee or tea, but also with vanilla and chocolate ice cream
Storage: Once opened, store in a cool, dry place in the same tightly closed package
