Description
Traditional flavoring for meats, roasts, potatoes, marinades, obtained simply by pounding rosemary, sage, bay leaf, garlic, all strictly fresh and all from the Modena area. Contrary to classic brines, the salt content is low, but sufficient to give a delicious taste to your dishes.
METHOD OF USE: very versatile, it can be used on baked potatoes, on a bruschetta, for a barbecue with friends, on a steak, in roasts and on all types of meat. Try it on fish, vegetables and for a rich tasting pinzimonio. Or on potatoes cut into large wedges and marinated in garlic, then fried in a pan in steaming lard.
